Project 2018

OK New Year, it is now 2018 and we are still here.

We will be doing more media orientated things weekly, we will be talking more often and writing more often

Highlights of 2017.

  • Zaria won the William Wallace Vodafone Oranga Tamariki Award for this site and her personal growth through the 2017 period, that was a very cool recognition. It was an amazing day.- media to be released
  • I committed to a Social Health Science Paper to gain my first degree.
  • Forged options to sell directly into ministry agency groups.
  • Gained a partnership abroad with a manufacturer - Dancewear - Go Here
  • Sourced, then brought and on-sold sensory items here in NZ
  • Marketed Anti Gravity and Perpetual Motion Devices and gained positive traction in Social Media Platforms.
  • Viewed - Read about - Mulled over - Automation chat Bot' costs, over our online shop, social media platforms, which promote us. I realize I am not able to be awake 24 hours a day and i do need queries answered as they are asked, it is so easy to miss both sales and initial customer contact without an actual presence online as visitors look both day and night. We settled on KIT, now we just need to fund the extra costs on the social media platforms that its capable of running. Installed and running now

 Past and present now moving forward

 PHASE ONE - Our short term vision in 2017 was a " twin focus

" ONE " - to use a percentage of the profits we derive off this site to support in a financial contributory way " to organisations whose focus is young people dealing with sexual assault / abuse. This is a Work In Progress, very exciting

" TWO " - create a local Bay Of Plenty regional resource guide for young people dealing with crisis's in sexual assault / abuse' and provide alternative products to assist in there day to day living and schooling and as time goes on offer the same things to the greater community that is Aotearoa' and with those that wish too, share some of their own submitted works, poetry, writings, things of that nature s - This is a work in progress and we have written works on our site now for viewing

Short-term we have partnered with other non-profit groups focused within the same area of interest that we are focused on and over the next 12 months the money our site generates will support other non-profit groups or individuals in need. This is a Work In Progress as we seek more groups to partner with as we grow

Long-term we will

A - Seek to be a legal business - 3 Quarters there, yeah, 300 NZD to complete

B - Seek sponsorship to also provide and on-sell sensory products to the general public and government agencies and other non-profit groups supporting those same individuals. We got sponsorship from Vodafone and Oranga Tamariki / December 2017 - This is a Work In Progress as we seek more funding now of 2000 NZD to forward our business for 12 months to focus on marketing / sales

We will also seek in 2018 community assistance to ensure as we grow we have clearly defined and established who else needs to be involved in our actual establishment of this model and who needs to know about it and the rules and policies which will govern and guide our business as it evolves and of course up-skill through education to get A Health And Science degree so I am more enabled to talk with other providers and we have actual letters behind our business model. A work in progress as we now have a 12 month mentor-ship program, offered via Vodafone - William Wallace foundation

PHASE TWO - Implementation 2018 - Underway

Administer our vision and aims, putting them into general day to day practice. This is already happening as you read this

This will include Works in Progress ( WIP ) - as identified below in paragraphs one /two and three and sub paragraph Four ( A - B and C )

ONE - A strategic plan outlining the major goals for us over the first two years.

TWO - A operational plan showing finer details about exactly what we will do to achieve the goals in our (WIP ) strategic plan.

THREE - A separate project plan dedicated to specific major pieces of work we wish to undertake and the resources needed to do that. ( As identified below in sub paragraph FOUR )

FOUR - Set up our Business.

A - the legal name of our business will be, ( ILove2Fidget Ltd ) In Progress

We will seek specialized people in business needed to fulfil our strategic long term goals and the code it will follow and the legal documents we need to register it ASAP. Awaiting Mentorship program to begin

B - Where we will hold meetings regularly to complete any necessary forms and / or sign off any legal matters or minutes relating to the proposed business we are setting up. At home at present

C - Lastly - complete and sign off all completed forms and send them to the New Zealand Companies Office, so we get our business incorporated and thus receive a legal certificate of incorporation as a New Zealand based business trading online in and out of New Zealand. A work in progress
